Mark Shields M.D.
A graduate of the University of Southern California School of Medicine, Dr. Mark Shields completed his Internship and Residency at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has a special interest in medical issues facing seniors.
Many outside factors influence the practice of medicine today," he says. "It's very important to me that the fundamental relationship between the patient and physician, and the delivery of timely, appropriate and compassionate health-care, is not compromised."
A Southern California native, in his free time Dr. Shields enjoys working out, playing racquetball, bicycle riding, and reading. He lives in South Orange County with his wife Cathy, and has two children.
